Who am I?
Golf has been a source of enjoyment for my entire family since I was a child. I am an avid golfer and highly familiar with golf terminology, rules, and history. Now, I hope to obtain full-time employment with The Golf Channel.
I possess a B.A. in English which I received cum laude from Washington and Lee University. In addition, I recently received a J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law with a certification in Sports Law (I do not intend to pursue legal employment). I served as Sports Editor for the FCSL newspaper for two years. During my time working for the paper, I wrote and copy edited numerous articles including one on The Players. I authored five extensive Advanced Legal Writing Requirement papers during law school. One paper addressed the Federal Communications Commission’s new Localism initiative.
Over the past six years, I studied abroad in Spain, Italy, and France. As a result, I am proficient in Spanish and familiar with Italian and French. I follow the European Tour, as well as the PGA, Nationwide, and LPGA tours.
Currently, I write and copy edit articles for Jacksonville Magazine. In my spare time, I write a golf blog, travel blog, and I review restaurants for Examiner.com.
